Octavian Goga” County Library in Cluj Napoca is the successor of a rich tradition of public reading in Cluj (XIXth century). Over the years it managed to develop encyclopedic character collections and services offered to the users, becoming today one of the biggest and most important county public libraries in Romania.

“Octavian Goga” County Library is situated on Calea Dorobantilor at no. 104, about 1.5 km from downtown Cluj Napoca. The building is visible from the street intersection December 21, 1989 with Fabricii Street and Aurel Vlaicu Street, is positioned vis-à-vis Marasti Square roundabout.
From the center is the easiest route through Avram Iancu Square on Dorobantilor street.
